Strong storms moving through North Myrtle Beach have lead to localized flooding and minor power outages.

City spokeswoman Nicole Aiello says Ocean Boulevard is blocked due to flooding from 1st Avenue North to 1st Avenue South.

There are some traffic signals out, so use caution if you have to drive in the North Myrtle Beach area.
