NewsChannel 15 has learned a City of Marion police officer is under investigation by the State Law Enforcement Division.
A SLED spokesperson confirms they are investigating allegations of misconduct by the officer. Sources close to the investigation tell us it centers around money Lieutenant Farmer Blue took for bench warrants issued to a woman.
We're told the investigation began in December at the request of the police department.
