A North Carolina man and a Lancaster County rehab facility have been found negligent after a wreck in Marlboro County that killed two teenagers and a one-year-old.

The deadly wreck happened in January of 2007 on Highway 15-401 outside of McColl.

The victims' families sued Frank Davidson and the Lancaster Recovery Center, a rehab facility, for negligence.

Last week, a Marlboro County jury returned a verdict in favor of the families.

We're told an undisclosed settlement was reached.

A few weeks ago, Frank Davidson pled guilty to four counts of felony DUI, but won't be sentenced until next month.

He faces up to 90 years in prison.
