A North Carolina man charged in an accident that killed two Marlboro County teenagers and a one-year-old will stand trial next month.

Police say in January of 2007, Frank Davidson had cocaine in his system when he crashed into a car head on.

It happened on Highway 15-401 outside of McColl.

17-year-old Abigail McBryde, her 18-year-old sister Hannah, and one-year- old, Dale Oxendine were killed in the crash.

They were on their way home from church.

Davidson is charged with four counts of Felony DUI.

His trial is scheduled to start December 14th at the Marlboro County Courthouse.
