I think before anybody start blaming every body they should see whats is the hole story instead of going on he say/she say they should get the facts.. because people life is on the line and some people can be locked up for things they didn't do. The hole thing is crazy but there is two side to any story and somebody knows the truth.

Heart Broken Friend And Co-Worker

Posted by Ashley Stewart, Calabash - Monday, November 23, 2009 at 11:37 a.m.

I Still cant believe this. David(Eatem)Worked with me for 3 or four years at Georges Familey Resturant in calabash, he was also a really good friend outside of work.I used to go to his house and hang out with him and friends of ours now when i go to the neighborhood i drive by his house in pain and in question how someone could do that to such a great man. No one could ask for a better friend ,"Eatem" would give you the shirt off his back or his last five dollars anything. As many times as i have been over there or in that nighborhood ive never seen anything like this if you where down there you where considered familey i know frist hand. Not only do i hurt when i am in the nighborhood i also have to go to work everyday and see that someone who was not only a co-worker but like a brother to me is gone i have a hard time making it threw work without breaking down. i just hope justice is served. His Familey & Friends will be in my prayers as will he,that the men who did this will be punished for what they did to my "Brother".

my cuz is no longer here, you are very missed

Life is crazy!! But if you can't be at home and be safe where can you be? A part of our community is gone it hurts to drive by and "Eatem" is not there. He never bothered nobody,so we all are just saying WHY?and I know that if we never know why that there is a higher power the wonderful GOD we serve he knows and they will pay. NO SIN goes unpunished.Read the word.

It saddens me that such a tragic incident has happened to such a dear person such as David, as we know him as "Eatem". It disheartens me that someone could be so heartless to have done this to such a kind and sweet person. Eatem had a lovely soul and a great spirit about him. He will be greatly missed by many. To my family I would like to say keep your head up and God will guide us through. Thanks to everyone that has kept my family in prayer in such a time like this.

I am 31 years old and I was born and raise here in the Brooksville community and I have never heard of or seen ANYTHING this crazy before.David was a great young man and very loved by his family and friends. It hurts a lot to see that life was taken from a family member so quickly.Whoever is responsible should pay for this deeply.
