Bernard McDaniel, principal at Scott's Branch High School in Clarendon County, has been arrested and charged with domestic violence in Florence.
Florence Police Major Carlos Raines said McDaniel is accused of pulling a gun on his wife at their home in Florence on November 7th.
McDaniel was arrested on November 12th and charged with aggravated criminal domestic violence.
According to the police report, McDaniel questioned his wife about text messages, and their 15-year-old son asked his father to put the gun down.
