(AP) -- COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A South Carolina man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old while working on Clemson University's campus this summer.
Multiple media outlets reported Friday that 49-year-old Timothy Joe Chastie of Seneca is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Authorities say the victim was assaulted twice while Chastie worked on campus for a contract cleaning company.
Chastie is not a Clemson University employee.
He was being held at an Oconee County jail Friday.
It's unclear if he has an attorney.
