A Marlboro County church hosted their annual friends and family day in a different way.

Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Blenheim held a family festival on the grounds of "We Get it Together" Saturday afternoon.

Kids had lots of fun jumping on the moon bounce.

They also got to ride a horse around a field.

Organizers say they are pleased with how this first family festival turned out.

"Friend and family to bring us all together and a fundraiser a fundraiser for our church," said Lillie Mae Clemmons, an event organizer.

A local praise and mime team showcased their talent at the event.

Organizers also raffled off this bike to one lucky person.

Proceeds from today's festival will benefit the church's fundraising project.
