Jury qualification will begin Friday, in the second murder trial of Stephen Stanko, who's charged with killing a Conway man.

Stanko is already on death row for murdering his girlfriend and raping that woman's daughter.

Stanko will now go on trial for the murder of 74-year-old Henry Lee Turner in April, 2005.

Jury selection is expected to take several days.

Prosecutors say testimony probably won't get underway until next Wednesday.

The judge has issued a gag order, preventing lawyers on both sides from talking to the media about the case.

If not for the NAACP, ACLU, and a few other bleeding heart misfits, the second trial would be unnecessary. He should be grave yard dead by now as instructed by the first trial jury.
