Wayne Gray will return to the Myrtle Beach City Council.

There will be a runoff for the other two seats between Mike Lowder, Chuck Martino and Randal Wallace, the top three vote getters.

There are still some outstanding ballots, but there are not enough to make a difference.

This race has been called a referendum on the May biker rallies and one percent ad tax in Myrtle Beach.

The runoff election will be November 17th.

just wanted to say in these economic times for mayor rhodes to give up that much revenue to the city because some older folks do not like bikers is the worst possible time to make STUPID laws that i might add are not STATE laws. i would like to say to mayor rhodes you MIGHT WIN this time BUT in the fiture you wont win again. people who support you should wake up. bikers put tax money in everyones pocket, everyone wins. PEOPLE OF MYRTLE BEACH, ITS TIME TO WAKE UP....

Chuck Martino is a piece of crap, he will go against every thing Mcbride trys to do if he is elected (which he should be) Martino, is not a good business man at all and he is doing our city wrong. CONGRATS WAYNE GRAY!
