A former Dillon police officer has bonded out of jail after being charged with inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl.
Tuesday, police booked 41-year-old Jeffery Gibson on a charge of criminal sexual conduct with a minor. An incident report says the 12-year-old was play-fighting with Gibson when he threw her on the couch and touched her inappropriately.
Gibson's wife, Yolanda, has also been charged with accessory after the fact of a crime in this case.
She too has bonded out of jail.
