A former Florence County Sheriff's deputy and his wife have just been arrested by federal agents on fraud charges in connection with the deaths of the former deputy's parents.

Friday morning, agents arrest Timothy and Jody Poole on a 20 count indictment.

The charges include mail and wire fraud in connection with the deaths of Timothy Poole's parents, William and Linda Hilton.

The Hiltons were found shot to death in their Williamsburg County home in August of 2006.

Timothy was originally charged with their murders, but those charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.

If convicted on all the fraud charges, each faces 400 years in prison.
