Candidate plans to run for three offices

A candidate for South Carolina's new 7th Congressional District is widening his reach.

Dick Withington, of Myrtle Beach, plans to announce on Thursday he's also running for South Carolina House District 106 and South Carolina Senate District 34.

He says he'll concentrate on the congressional campaign, but will also campaign in the local districts.

Withington says if he wins two or three races, he will turn down the lower offices.
