Man accused of hitting, killing SCDOT worker charged with DUI

Officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol say 39-year-old Thomas Lee Stafford is charged with felony DUI and leaving a scene involving death. / LCSD

Bond is denied for the man accused of hitting and killing a South Carolina Department of Transportation worker.
