The builders, Sterling Homes, donated artwork to the familiy at today's news conference
20,000 spectators came out to see the Extreme Makeover Home Edition build in Horry County during the past week.
Tuesday night, the Suggs family got to stay in their new home for the first time.
We talked with the family today about this extreme gift they've been given.
"It's still like a dream. We can't even process everything," said Amanda Suggs.
But the house and everything in it is very real.
"We're still in a state of awe. It's hard to believe that this is our home now, that my kids have this wonderful house to come home to and my wife," Derrick Suggs told us.
The Suggs family is still adjusting to a whirlwind week, that saw their home built in 106 hours while they were at Walt Disney World.
"I was very excited. I'd been waiting all week to see it, and I finally got to see it, and I just got overwhelmed. It was a very good day," 17-year-old Jake said of the reveal.
A day when the builders and the thousands of volunteers saw their hard work realized.
"You feel the love that's been put into the home. We're thankful. A lot of people came out here and gave a lot of themselves to work here and didn't ask anything in return. We really appreciate that. It's a good feeling knowing that people still care about others," said Derrick.
"You just want to try to find more words to say thank you and you know, there's not enough thank you's, there's not," said Amanda.
Here's what was presented to the family at Tuesday's news conference:
