The Extreme Food Drive being done in connection with the Extreme Makeover Home Edition build in Horry County has now collected 35 tons of food.

The goal is 100 tons of food!

Sterling Homes and Horry County Government teamed up with United Way of Horry County and Wal-Mart to conduct the Extreme County-Wide Canned Food Drive.

The drive started Monday, December 28th and is ending on Monday, January 18th. It will help restock food pantries throughout the area that are in desperate need of supplies following the holidays.

For more information, visit the United Way of Horry County web site or the Extreme Horry web site.
