Wednesday, NewsChannel 15 learned a judge increased bail for the Horry County man arrested for having sex with a horse. The judge added a probation violation to the list of charges that Rodell Vereen faces.
Vereen, 50, is accused for the second time of having sex with Barbara Kenley's horse at the Lazy B Stables off Highway 90 in Longs.
Tuesday morning, Kenley caught Vereen at her stable and held a shotgun on him until police got there.
Just the weekend before, police say Kenley caught Vereen on a surveillance tape having sex with her horse, Sugar. Last summer, Vereen pleaded guilty to doing the same thing but was given probation.
He's now charged with buggery, trespassing, and a probation violation.
Vereen is still in jail at last check. He's being held on a $30,000 bail.
