ESAB Welding of Florence is set to cut back jobs by the end of this year.
A news release says the job cuts are required due to reorganization of the company.
Officials cannot say at this point how many workers will be affected.
ESAB already laid off 90 workers in April.
The company's president and CEO says ESAB is financially strong.
He believes the reorganization plans will put them in a better position to remain profitable and free up additional resources as the economy recovers.
