Public hearing scheduled for 501/Aynor overpass

Wednesday people will have a chance to see how an overpass on Highway 501 in Aynor might look once it's built.

The meeting happens from 5pm - 7pm Thursday evening.

If you attend, you will be able to review and discuss the plans with SCDOT officials, the Federal Highway Administration and Horry County.

The overpass is designed to increase local mobility and provide safe shelter for citizens of Aynor during hurricane evacuations.
