A Socastee High School teacher's aide has been indicted on charges he was arrested for last July.
Ralph Marcelle Hough, 31, of Surfside Beach, is now charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and lewd acts on a minor.
Police said the incident occurred with a student who was 16-years-old, at the time.
Hough is also charged with unlawful possession of Oxycontin.
