A Georgetown County Sheriff's Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle driven by John Grover Frasier, 32, on Highmarket Street in Georgetown County. The vehicle failed to stop and led deputies on a brief pursuit through the McDonald and Greentown Communities of Georgetown County.
