    Monday, April 08, 2013  The 17-year Cicadas, also know as Brood Two, are expected to target the East Coast in the next few weeks.While right now, the map showing where they are expected doesn't include South Carolina, John Hutchens, a biology professor at Coastal Carolina University says that could change and most of the east coast should be on the lookout.
