Trial has been set for August 8 for the Socastee High student accused of shooting at the school resource officer and bringing bombs to school.

According to an Horry County police arrest report, the call about a possible shooting at Socastee High School came in at 2:03 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers were a short distance away from the school and arrived in about 30 seconds.
