Several hundred people had oysters on their minds and stomachs this afternoon. They came out to the 8th annual oyster roast in Murrells Inlet.

Dead Dog Saloon in Murrells Inlet held its 10th Annual 9/11 Benefit in honor of the men and women who lost their lives 10 years ago today. The theme of this year's fundraiser was "Honoring America's Heroes" and around 2,000 people came out to show their support.
