Horry County Fire Rescue's Team Reebok placed 2nd in the Relay Division at the Scott Firefighter Regional Combat Challenge in Charleston May 20-21. The Scott World Firefighter Combat Challenge is coming to Myrtle Beach in November.

Horry County Fire Rescue says Myrtle Beach will host the "Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge World Challenge" again this November. The event has been called "the toughest two minutes in sports" and draws fire departments from all over the world.

Saturday and Sunday Horry County Fire Rescue invited other fire fighters from other fire departments in South Carolina, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Florida, Virginia, and Ontario, Canada to train for upcoming competitions.
