Authorities in Robeson County say Julius Rogers, 20, turned himself in at the Magistrate Office at the Robeson County Detention Center in Lumberton, Thursday afternoon. He was wanted for the murder of Daquan Stephens, 16, who was shot and killed at a basketball court two weeks ago.
