The Horry County Circuit Court has ruled that Helicopter Adventures may continue to operate from its Myrtle Beach headquarters on 21st Avenue while it is appealing a September 10th Zoning Board of Appeals ruling that overturned the 2011 findings of Horry County Zoning Administrator Rennie Mincey.

In a 4-3 vote Monday, the Horry County Board of Zoning Appeals ruled in favor of residents who argued a helicopter tour company was given the wrong zoning category when the business applied for its permit with the county.
