South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley says she's learned a lesson about talking about things without knowing the facts. Haley said Monday she will be more careful after telling a crowd a couple of weeks ago that half the people wanting jobs at the Savannah River Site failed drug tests and the other half failed reading and writing tests.
