Ka'Savion Floyd of Mullins just loves monster trucks. The 6-year-old suffers from Sickle Cell Anemia. The blood cells of a person with this disease are sickle shaped and cannot carry oxygen as well as normal cells. Make A Wish Foundation granted Ka'Savion his wish Thursday.
