GeorGeorgetown County sheriff's deputies say Sandra D. Cook, 40, of Murrells Inlet, was traveling 88mph in a 45mph zone on Highway 17 in Pawleys Island around 11 a.m. Monday morning, when they attempted to stop her for speeding.
