Two people face charges after a child showed up to school with a bruised face and head. Horry County police charged Wayne Kenneth Dare, 30 of Loris with Assault and Battery Third Degree and Unlawful Neglect of a Child. They also charged Brenda Marie Gray, 34, of Loris with Unlawful Neglect of a Child.
