Myrtle Beach Police stopped Mark Victor Powell, Jr. on a Bench Warrant about 11:10 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of 5th Avenue North. When they searched Powell, police say he had incendiary devices.

A judge sentenced him to six years for attempted murder and five years for the bomb charges. But the five years are to run concurrent.
