Press Release - Chick-fil-A's 4th Annual Charity Softball Tournament is right around the corner.
On September 17 & 18, 2010 the Myrtle Beach area Chick-fil-A operators will be hosting this charity tournament at The Ripken Experience. 100% of the proceeds from sponsors and teams will be given to Fostering Hope.
Fostering Hope is a local non-profit organization based in Conway that serves the children in the foster care system of Horry County by providing necessary goods and services (clothing, toiletries, school supplies, etc.). Chick-fil-A is proud to partner with this charity and we need your help to make the Chick-fil-A 4th Annual Charity Softball Tournament, benefiting Fostering Hope, a success!
So what do we need….TEAMS! For $350, you and your team of 14 or more players can compete in a tournament that will feature a 2 division (recreation and competitive), 3-game guaranteed round robin style tournament with Chicago-16 style play. Teams will be comprised of people age 16 and older of all talents. We'll provide each team with bats, balls, tournament t-shirts, lunch provided by Chick-fil-A and the opportunity to win some amazing raffle items and prizes!
The tournament will also feature entertainment provided by the students of Dino's School of Rock, bounce houses, Chick-fil-A games, face painting, balloon animals, and other family friendly activities.
