ARS Award Rules
A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of WPDE-NewsChannel 15 Barrington Myrtle Beach LLC, 10 University Blvd., Conway, SC 29526 during normal business hours Monday through Friday or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.
No purchase is necessary.
Prize awarded is $2500 towards plumbing or drain service from ARS Rescue Rooter. Prize has no cash value.
Must be 21 years or older to win.
Contest is open to the general public except for employees, immediate family members of employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of WPDE, Barrington Broadcasting Corporation, participating sponsors, their immediate families, and household members. Employees and immediate family members of ARS and its affiliates are not allowed to enter the contest.
Only one qualifier per household.
Management reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notification to participant.
The winner will be notified by email, posted on www.carolinalive.com and announced during Carolina and Company Live.
Ineligible entries or those entries without required information may be disqualified. WPDE NewsChannel 15 and ARS are not responsible for lost/misdirected mail and/or internet connection failure or other internet-related problems.
All entrants and the winner agree that the station and ARS may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for promotional reasons without compensation. All entrants further agree to hold the station and ARS blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.
WPDE, Barrington Broadcasting Corporation reserve the right to change any of this promotion and or the promotional elements and, or reserve the right to end a contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public.
WPDE reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.
Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.

Only homeowners with valid email addresses whom reside in Horry and Georgetown counties are eligible.
