It's almost time for school to start, and to make sure kids are ready to do their best, Carolina Forest Family Eyecare held a free back to school vision screening on Saturday.
This is the second year they've done this and say it's just part of giving back to the community.
"One in four school age children return to school, and they do have difficulties with either nearsightedness or farsightedness, and it does go undiagnosed," said Carolina Forest Family Eyecare Office Manager Kim Youmans.
The screenings were more than just looking at an eye chart. They also checked things like depth perception.
