Hoping to put all of the drama aside, Lindsay Lohan wants to get her head back into the game.

The actress has been working for Ungaro fashion house for free and is desperate to get back onto track with her career, life and finances.

A source said, "Lindsay is working really hard to take control of her business. She is focused and trying to build her brand."

And it sounds like LiLo will be putting her foot down. "Lindsay has been tough on her employees and the people she paid blindly in the past. She has laid down the law and told them exactly what she wants from them if they expect to get paid."

"Lindsay is trying not to let herself be used anymore — she refuses to be taken advantage of for her money and she is wising up! She has very few people she can trust and is finally listening to the right ones," the insider tells.

Lindsay will be bringing out the businesswoman in herself. "Lindsay has made it clear to part of her staff that if she doesn't get any payment out of Ungaro, she can't pay them. She has asked them to step up by making something happen with the design house. The problem is that Ungaro has already set their plans for the next season of clothing. There is no plan to add in money for Lindsay, but they can continue to pay her in clothes. She wants her team to get a better deal out of it for her. She is putting her foot down and demanding results."

Continuing along with what was a busy day, Ashley Greene was spotted heading to the gym in Studio City on Tuesday (July 13).

During an interview with the Press Association, the "Iron Man" actress said that, following son Moses' birth in 2006, getting her svelte physique was "by far the hardest thing I have ever done."

"After my first pregnancy, the weight had come off a little bit better but after the second one it was really stubborn. It was really hanging on. It was not easy," Paltrow tells. "But I really was seeing results so it motivated me to just work through it."

With workouts being a key element to slimming down, Gwyneth continued, "Every woman can make time – every woman – and you can do it with your baby in the room. There've been countless times where I've worked out with my kids crawling around all over the place."
