Answer Our experience. We have been in business since 1974 serving the Carolina's and were the first fire and water restoration company in the area. Our experience combined with our highly trained staff gives our company the ability to successfully complete any job. Question Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or service you offer? Answer A lot of our customers can't predict when they will need our services. To reduce stress and confusion, make A&I your first call for all your quality repairs and property restoration needs. Question What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer? Answer In the fire, water and mold business the longer someone neglects service increases damage and cost to their property. If a water loss, for example, goes untreated for sometime it could lead to mold issues. Question Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff? Answer Building a relationship helps us understand our customers needs and allows us to tailor our services to fit their needs. Our goal at A&I is to transform customers into friends. Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer Giving back to the community is extremely important at A&I. Some of the charities/organizations we are involved in include: Make-A-Wish, March of Dimes, American Heart Association and Habitat for Humanity.
