Answer This could be caused by anything from an alignment issue to having too much or too little air in your tires. Question What is the one thing you would like potential customers to know about your business? Answer We are family owned and operated and have been in business here for nearly 20 years. Most of our employees have been with us for the better part of a decade and we are here for our customers. Question What sets your business apart from your competition? Answer Customers want an honest repair facility to diagnose their vehicle – someone they can trust to give them an honest and fair assessment in terms that they can understand – we work very hard, every day, to do this for our customers. Answer When you come to our business and see the same employees again and again, in addition to having a good rapport it helps build trust. Question What services do you offer that many people don't know about? Answer We are a fully-functional repair facility. The only things we cannot do (due to space limitations for equipment) are alignments, welded exhaust work, major transmission repairs, and body repair work. Answer Appointments are not necessarily required, but they are definitely preferred. We are a very busy shop and would like to ensure that we are able to devote the time necessary to you and your vehicle.
