Joe Mason Sr., Founder & President Joe Mason, Sr., founder of Mason Tire & Auto decided to open a tire and service business in Surfside Beach over 25 years ago. Mason was not a Johnny-come-lately to the tire and automotive business. After serving in the Army in the early 50's, his first civilian job was with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Mason has believed his number one priority in business is customer satisfaction, a trait he has instilled in now three family generations working his dream and now theirs. Frankie Fisher, General Manager Frankie Fisher brings over 35 years experience and training in the Automotive and Tire Industry including Commerical Truck Tires. When Joe Mason, Sr., founder of Mason Tire, first met Frankie he knew this was a man that held all the qualities he was looking for. Frankie has been part of the Mason Tire family since 1997. Joe Mason, Sr., wanted a General Manager that was honest, had integrity and always remembered that our number one priority is customer satisfaction, and that is exactly what you can expect from Frankie Fisher. Kathy St. Blanchard , Daughter, second generation. Administration/Accountant In the early 1980's, my father talked with the family about relocating to Carolina to start a family business in the tire and automotive business. An opportunity I welcomed. After my father sent me to school in Atlanta to get hands-on training in the industry, I was ready to get to work. I have been here since the opening of our first location of Mason Tire in Surfside Beach. I credit the success of Mason Tire to my father that instilled the trait in me, customer satisfaction is key to a successful business. Once a dream of my father's, has now turned into three generations of family working together!
