White Chocolate Lava
 

2 C. White chocolate of your preference

1/2 C. Heavy whipping cream

2 T. Ground cayenne pepper

1 T. Red pepper flakes

2 Cloves fresh garlic, minced

5-10 Drops red food coloring

 

How to prepare:

Melt chocolate together with cream over a double boiler, stir until smooth and all chips are melted.

Remove from the heat and add the rest of your ingredients and stir until all are well incorporated.

Yields approx. 1 lb. Serve over ice cream, dip pretzels, cookies, the uses are endless!

Fold in walnuts & chocolate chips then divide dough on parchment lined baking sheet, shape each into a 12 inch long log 1/2 in thick log and bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.

Cool for 20 mins, then slice into 1/2 inch thick cookies.

Makes 48 servings
