Blueberry Brownies
1 package brownie mix
1 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp oil
1 egg
Heat the blueberries in microwave to make the juicy. Grease a cake pan, 8x8 works good. Heat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients in bowl, stir till well blended, some berries smashed, some not.
Pour all into cake pan and bake for 25-30 mins, or till done.
Cool, and then cut into squares. Very moist.
This can also be done with Cranberries, or Strawberries in season, but the blueberries are the best.
